My Teaching Philosophy

I believe private flute lessons should provide students with both strong musical foundations and the freedom to develop their own unique voice as musicians. My goal is to create a positive, supportive, and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, taking risks, asking questions, and discovering the joy of playing the flute.
